The Kia Telluride is an excellent three-row SUV with a lot to offer, including great tech features, advanced safety systems, and much more. When you look for a Kia Telluride for sale near Bloomingdale, you’ll quickly discover that you have 10 different trim levels to choose from.

We’ll admit that it can be a little overwhelming initially, but we’re here at Schaumburg Kia to help you navigate these options and find the right model with everything you want. Let’s look at these different trims to see what sets them apart and figure out which has what you’ve been looking for. We don’t have time to dig too deep into each one today, but you’ll get a general sense of what they offer.

2025 Kia Telluride LX

The starting point for the 2025 Telluride, the LX gives you the standard features, including a 3.8L V6 engine that delivers 291 hp and 262 lb-ft of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive (FWD) is standard on the LX, with an estimated 20 MPG in the city and 26 MPG on the highway for fuel efficiency. You get 18-inch wheels on the LX model, LED projector headlights, standard taillights, and amber LED daytime running lights to help with visibility as you drive around Bloomingdale daily.

Every Telluride model comes with dual-zone automatic climate control, with rear passenger automatic climate control to help keep everyone comfortable. Eight-passenger seating is standard in this model, along with a Smart Key, Push Button Start, and heated power-adjustable side mirrors with LED turn signals incorporated into them. You get six-way manual seating up front in the LX, with SynTex seating for comfort and durability, plus standard interior lighting. A 12.3-inch infotainment display is standard, with a 4.2-inch instrument screen, a six-speaker sound system, and Kia Connect functionality that lets you use a smartphone for Pre-Cooling & Heating, plus more great features.

2025 Kia Telluride S

One of the big differences to note about the S trim is that you get standard FWD, but all-wheel drive (AWD) is available for this model—you can’t get AWD with the LX. The S trim comes with 20-inch wheels, for a bolder stance, and a stylish front grille with a horizontal theme (the standard LX has a vertical theme instead). Inside the S model, you get seven-passenger seating, with heated front seats, and an eight-way power driver’s seat for added comfort as you drive around Bloomingdale. This trim has a power sunroof, LED interior lighting, and a wireless phone charger to help you keep compatible devices charged.

2025 Kia Telluride EX

Moving up to the EX, it has many of the same features as the previous model, but with LED taillights and interior refinements for you to enjoy. This model has eight-passenger seating, with a seven-passenger configuration available, as well as an auto-dimming rearview mirror and an eight-way power front-passenger seat to go with the comfortable driver’s seat. You get ventilated front seats in the EX for added comfort, leather seating that looks and feels amazing for you and your passengers, and interior woodgrain accents.

2025 Kia Telluride SX

The SX model continues to build on what came before it, starting with distinct 20-inch wheels, LED fog lights, and a stylish Satin Chrome front grille. Inside, you’ll find a 10-way power driver’s seat with four-way lumbar and memory functionality, plus dual power sunroofs and stainless steel details like the scuff plates and pedals. The SX trim features a second 12.3-inch display for the instrument screen, which looks fantastic, along with a 10-speaker Harman Kardon Premium sound system for full, rich audio. Notably, this is the last model with standard FWD and AWD available—all other trims that follow come only with AWD.

2025 Kia Telluride EX X-Line

If you like the features of the standard EX model, then the EX X-Line trim provides you with many of those details and builds on them with its impressive AWD system. You get 20-inch X-Line wheels on this model, which look fantastic and set it apart from the trims that came before, plus increased ground clearance and a self-leveling rear suspension that makes this a great option if you enjoy an outdoor lifestyle and deal with a lot of dirt and gravel roads beyond the streets of Bloomingdale. X-Line and X-Pro models have unique styling available, including Wolf Gray and Jungle Green exterior colors.

2025 Kia Telluride EX X-Pro

Going further, the X-Pro model is still a great choice if you’re looking to do some light off-roading. It includes 18-inch wheels wrapped in all-terrain tires, rather than the standard all-season tires found on previous trims. While the previous X-Line model can handle up to 5,000 lbs of towing, the X-Pro takes it further with 5,500 lbs of maximum towing capacity. These models have eight-way power front seats, like the EX trim, with leather seating available in a Terracotta color that you won’t find in models other than X-Line and X-Pro.

2025 Kia Telluride SX X-Line

If you like the features of the SX but want the X-Line upgrades, this is the trim level for you. It includes distinct styling options like the Wolf Gray and Jungle Green exterior colors, plus the Terracotta leather seating available inside. This is combined with a 10-way power driver’s seat with memory settings, dual power sunroofs, and the larger 12.3-inch instrument display to ensure you have a great time driving around Bloomingdale daily.

2025 Kia Telluride SX Prestige

Here we have the start of the final trim levels for the 2025 Kia Telluride, which follow a pattern similar to what we saw with the EX models earlier. The SX Prestige builds on the features of the luxurious SX model with upgrades like a full display digital rearview mirror and a 10-inch head-up display that projects information onto your windshield as you drive. You get exquisite Nappa leather seating inside the SX Prestige trim, as well as heated and ventilated second-row seats to ensure you and your passengers are all incredibly comfortable.

2025 Kia Telluride SX Prestige X-Line/X-Pro

Rounding out the 10 trims available, we’re combining these two because they’re essentially two variations of the SX Prestige model, with features much like what we’ve seen before. You get distinct exterior options for these two trim levels, like Jungle Green and Wolf Gray colors, plus 20-inch wheels—the SX Prestige X-Pro has all-terrain tires for rugged capabilities.

Inside, you’ll find the Nappa leather seating of the SX Prestige, with Terracotta available for a unique look you can’t get with the standard version of this trim. If you want a stunningly luxurious three-row SUV to take you to your favorite campsite, then these are two models you need to check out.

Find the Right Telluride for Bloomingdale Driving

As you can see, even though you have an incredible number of trim levels available, they’re pretty easy to explore and compare as you shop. Start with the first four levels to see which one has the kinds of features you want, since you’ll see a lot of these things repeat in what follows—just be sure to consider if you want seats for seven or eight people, and how important AWD is to you.

From there, consider the SX Prestige if you want the most sophisticated and luxurious options, as well as the X-Line and X-Pro variations of the previous trims to get more rugged capabilities. And if you’re still not sure which model is right for you, then we’re here at Schaumburg Kia to answer any questions you have and make sure you find the right vehicle that you’ll love driving.
